Thanks for shopping with Kaywoot. Before you check out, please take a quick second to review your item, size, color, and shipping details.

Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations

All sales are final.

Items purchased at a discount, with a coupon code, during a promotion, or with free shipping are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

We also do not accept cancellations once an order has shipped.

So please double-check everything before placing your order.

Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us through our support chat within 5 days of delivery and include:

  • your order number
  • a short description of the issue
  • clear photos of the damage

Important Notes for Damaged Item Claims

To review a damaged item refund request, we may require the item to be returned for inspection.

A few things to know:

  • return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
  • the item must be returned in the condition received
  • refunds are only reviewed after the returned item has been received and inspected

Refunds

If your refund is approved after inspection, it will be issued to your original payment method.

Please allow a little time for your bank or card provider to process it.
