My medical career began eight years ago when I graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Biology and went on to complete my Doctorate in Medicine from Duke University Medical School. After graduating, I completed my residency at Vanderbilt University Medical Center specializing in Rheumatology and Immunology. During my residency, I had the opportunity to learn both inpatient and outpatient care for a variety of autoimmune conditions.
In addition to my extensive education and clinical training, I also have three years of experience as a physician at University Hospital where I served as the lead clinician on the rheumatology team. Over those three years, I was able to perfect my skills in diagnosis and treatment of a wide variety of autoimmune conditions, while also becoming an expert in the latest advancements in the field.
I understand that this position requires strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills; all traits I have built throughout my medical career.
